Lemon Whip Freezer Dessert
Lemon Whip Freezer Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 egg whites, whipped, 1 c. instant nonfat dry milk, 1 c. water, 2 egg yolks, slightly beaten and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine egg whites, milk, powder and water; beat until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, mix egg yolks, sugar, lemon peel and juice.
Add slowly to whipped mixture, continuing to whip. Place in freezer until frozen.
(This may be put in serving dishes to freeze until served.)
Garnish with orange peel and a sprig of mint, or curled chocolate.
Serves 6 to 8.
