Combine flour, margarine, sugar (3/4 cup), lemon juice and peel.

Add beaten egg yolks, then add milk, a little at a time. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.

Add sugar (1/4 cup).

Fold egg whites into first mixture.

Pour into 6 lightly greased custard cups.

Place cups in pan of hot water.

Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.

When baked, it has cakelike portion on top and creamy pudding under it.
