Lemon Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 sticks oleo, 1/2 c. lemon juice and 4 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook sugar, oleo and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear.
Beat eggs to a yellow foam.
Add to other mixture.
Cook until mixture coats spoon.
Cool.
Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months.
Good served over Bread Pudding.
