Lemon Pudding
Lemon Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lemon (juice and rind), 1/2 c. sugar, 2 egg yolks, beaten and 2 egg whites, beaten stiffly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together the lemon juice, lemon rind, sugar and egg yolks; cook in double boiler until mixture begins to thicken.
Add egg whites; cook about 1 minute.
