Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. water, 1 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. cornstarch and 2 egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix water, salt, sugar and cornstarch.
Bring slowly to a boil.
When it begins to boil and thickens, add the second mixture of yolks, juice and rind.
Cook about 3 minutes longer.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Make meringue from the 2 egg whites.
Beat them until they hold a soft peak.
Add 4 tablespoons sugar, one at a time.
Spread on top of filling and bake about 20 minutes in a 325Β° oven.
