Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 c. cornstarch, 1 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. water and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix cornstarch, 1/2 cup sugar, water and salt.
Cook until thickened, stir constantly.
Beat egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar. Blend some of hot mixture into egg.
Stir into hot starch mix. Boil a few minutes.
Add lemon juice and butter.
Stir a while longer.
Set aside to cool.
