Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can eagle brand milk, juice of 2 lemons, 2 eggs and vanilla wafers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix Eagle Brand milk and 2 beaten egg yolks.
Slowly add juice of lemons.
Stir by hand until it starts to thicken.
Line a pie plate with vanilla wafer bottom and sides.
Pour lemon filling in pie shell.
Beat 2 egg whites, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and about 4 or 5 tablespoons sugar until stiff.
Pour on pie and bake in a 350Β° oven about 10 minutes.
