Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 tbsp. cornstarch, 1 tbsp. flour, 1 3/4 c. sugar, 2 c. boiling water and 4 beaten egg yolks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix cornstarch, flour and sugar.
Add boiling water, stirring constantly, until smooth and creamy. Cook in double boiler for 5 minutes.
Mix egg yolks, lemon rind, butter and lemon juice and stir into the hot mixture.
Cook over hot water for 10 minutes, stirring constantly until egg is cooked.
