Lemon Pie
Lemon Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/3 c. sugar, pinch of salt, 2 c. boiling water, 3 eggs, separated and 1/4 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Blend sugar, cornstarch and salt; stir into boiling water. Cook and stir until thick and clear.
Stir in beaten egg yolks; cook 2 minutes longer.
Remove from heat; add lemon juice.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue made with stiffly beaten egg whites and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Brown in oven.
