Lemon-Pecan Bread
Lemon-Pecan Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Stir in pecans and lemon rind.
