Lemon Muffins
Lemon Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1/4 c. margarine and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 400Β°.
Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl.
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Beat eggs in small bowl; add sour cream and milk.
Stir in lemon juice, sugar and lemon zest.
Add to flour mixture, mixing just until moistened. Spoon into greased muffin pan, filling each cup 2/3 full.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
