Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 4 1/2 tbsp. flour, dash of salt, 1 1/4 c. water and 3 egg yolks, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix sugar, flour and salt; add water.
Add beaten egg yolks to sugar mixture.
Cook in double boiler over hot water, stirring until thick.
Cover.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add margarine, lemon juice and rind.
Pour into 9-inch pastry shell and top with meringue. Bake in 350Β° oven for 10 minutes.
