Lemon Meringue Pie

Saucepan, combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, cornstarch and salt; blend water.
Bring to boiling over medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, thick, minutes. Remove from heat.
Amount of hot mixture into egg yolks, then return to hot mixture in pan.
Bring to boil and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add butter. Slowly stir in 1/3 cup lemon juice.
Cool to lukewarm and pour into pie crust.
