Lemon Meringue Pie
Lemon Meringue Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 1 lemon, 1 tbsp. butter and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Mix butter, sugar, yolks of eggs, juice of lemon and grated rind of lemon.
Add to water which flour has been stirred into. Beat the 2 egg whites and fold into the lemon mixture.
Then pour into a prepared pie shell and bake at 400Β° until knife comes out clean.
The egg whites will form a meringue on top.
