Mix butter, sugar, yolks of eggs, juice of lemon and grated rind of lemon.
Add to water which flour has been stirred into. Beat the 2 egg whites and fold into the lemon mixture.
Then pour into a prepared pie shell and bake at 400Β° until knife comes out clean.
The egg whites will form a meringue on top.
