Lemon Loaf
Lemon Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

After grating lemons, juice lemons and save separately. Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add beaten eggs and blend well.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into the egg mixture alternately with milk.
Stir in the lemon rind.
Beat well.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes. (Note
