Lemon Grape-Nuts Pudding
Lemon Grape-Nuts Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, separated, 1 tbsp. flour and 1/3 c. grape-nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar.
Add the egg yolks and beat until light and fluffy.
Combine the flour, Grape-Nuts and salt and stir into the creamed mixture.
Add the milk, lemon juice and rind.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
Bake in buttered casserole or dish or custard cups. Set in a pan of hot water.
Bake in 350Β° oven for about 30 minutes or until set.
Chill.
