Lemon Frosted Pecan Cookies
Lemon Frosted Pecan Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. butter, 3/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 1/2 c. flour and 3/4 c. sifted cornstarch, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Stir 1 cup butter to soften; add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, milk, flour and cornstarch.
Cream until well blended; chill.
Place small spoonfuls of chopped pecans 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet.
Shape dough into small balls and flatten each over a pile of pecans.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool. Combine remaining ingredients.
Spread over cookies.
