Lemon Dill Potatoes
Lemon Dill Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 large potatoes, 1/4 c. margarine, melted, 1/3 c. sour cream, 2 tbsp. fresh dill and 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Bake potatoes 40 to 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half (long way).
Scoop out inside of potatoes, leaving potato shell.
Add all ingredients inside of potatoes.
Beat or mix together and fill in potato shells with stuffing.
Goes great with red meat, broccoli and a side of salad.
