Lemon Cream Dessert
Lemon Cream Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. flour, 1 stick oleo, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 c. confectioner sugar and 1 c. cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Mix flour and oleo as making a pie crust.
Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350Β°.
Cool.
Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip.
Spread over crust.
Mix pudding mix, milk and lemon juice until thick.
Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Spread leftover Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Chill.
Serves 16.
