Lemon Cookies
Lemon Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar, 1 tsp. lemon extract, 1 egg and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Cream margarine, sugar and egg together; mix well.
Stir in flour, lemon extract and nuts; mix well.
Shape into walnut-size balls and place on cookie sheet.
Flatten to about 1/8-inch round.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 3 1/2 dozen.
