Lemon Cloud
Lemon Cloud is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope knox unflavored gelatin, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 c. boiling water, 1 qt. lemon custard ice cream and 1/3 c. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In medium bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with sugar.
Add boiling water; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in lemon juice and 1 teaspoon lemon peel.
Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Add egg whites to gelatin mixture.
With electric mixer, beat at high speed until light and fluffy, about 10 minutes.
Chill.
