Lemon Chicken
Lemon Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. frying chickens, skinned and cut up for barbecue, 1 cube butter or margarine, melted with 1/4 c. lemon juice, 2 tsp. salt, 2 tsp. sugar and 1/4 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soak chicken in oil for at least 1/2 hour before cooking; drain well.
Mix spices together.
Grill chicken 15 to 20 minutes on both sides.
Turn and baste with lemon butter sauce; sprinkle with spices.
Cook for 10 minutes.
