Rinse chicken breasts and drain well.
Arrange in nonmetal baking dish with meat side down in lemon juice.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Remove chicken.
Pat dry with paper towels (save marinade).
In a pie plate, beat egg with 1/4 cup marinade.
