Lemon Cheese Pie
Lemon Cheese Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 3 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve boiling water; stir in lemon juice and set freezer to cool.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
Beat with a spoon until light and fluffy. Add cooled jello mixture; mix until smooth.
Beat milk in a large, chilled mixing bowl until stiff.
Fold in cheese mixture.
Filling graham cracker crusts. Chill at least 3 hours.
