Lemon Cheese Chiffon Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon jello, 1 tbsp. sugar, 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 c. ice cubes and 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine gelatin, sugar and boiling water in blender container. Cover and blend at low speed until jello is dissolved, about 1 minute.
Add ice; stir until partly melted.
Add cheese; cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.
Chill until set, about 30 minutes.
Top with pie filling or fresh fruit.
