Lemon Cake
Lemon Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 1 c. sugar, zest of 1 lemon, 2 eggs, well beaten and 1 1/2 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add zest of lemon and eggs; mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt; alternately add flour and milk to butter mixture until smooth. Pour into 8 x 4 x 2 3/4-inch pan (greased).
Bake at 350Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes.
Prick top with fork.
Mix lemon juice and sugar; pour over top.
Leave in pan until icing sets. Remove from pan; wrap in foil.
Slice after 24 hours.
