In a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish, arrange fillets with thickest, meaty areas to outside edge of dish.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In 1-quart casserole dish, place butter.
Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes until melted.
Blend in parsley and lemon juice; pour over fish.
Sprinkle paprika over fillets.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Place casserole dish in oven.
