Lemon Broiled Fish
Lemon Broiled Fish is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. fresh lemon juice, 3/4 c. unsalted sweet butter or margarine, melted, 1 tsp. sage and 3 lb. fresh fish (fillet of sole, flounder, haddock, halibut, salmon, trout or whiting), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine lemon juice, butter and sage.
Pour over fish. Marinate in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Remove fish from marinade, reserving marinade.
Broil fish until it flakes easily when tested with a fork, brushing occasionally with marinade.
