Lemon Bisque Dessert
Lemon Bisque Dessert is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk, 1 pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 1/4 c. boiling water, 1/3 c. honey and 1/8 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Chill can of milk in refrigerator.
Dissolve gelatin in water and add honey, salt, lemon juice and rind.
When slightly thick, beat milk until it is stiff and whip gelatin mixture over it.
Put on vanilla wafer crumbs, top with more crumbs and chill for 3 hours.
Also like it frozen and slightly thawed.
