Lemon Bars
Lemon Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened, 1 c. flour, 1/4 c. powdered sugar, 2 eggs, slightly beaten and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix butter,
1 cup flour and powdered sugar, thoroughly and put in 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 325° for 15 minutes.
Mix eggs, lemon juice, lemon rind, sugar, flour and baking powder. Spread over crust.
25 minutes.
Cool and dust with confectioners sugar.
Can be doubled and bake at 350° in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
