With pastry cutter, cut 2 cups flour with butter, 1/2 cup sugar and salt.
Press in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes (lightly brown).
Beat eggs, 2 cups sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and baking powder in bowl.
Pour over crust and bake 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
