Lemon-Baked Chicken
Lemon-Baked Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut in pieces and skinned, 2 tsp. oregano or tarragon, 2 tbsp. chopped parsley, 1/4 c. oil and 1/4 tsp. paprika, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Place chicken in casserole dish.
Combine oil, lemon juice, oregano or tarragon and garlic powder and brush on chicken.
Cover and bake in 350Β° oven for 35 minutes.
Remove cover.
Brush again with oil-lemon mixture.
Continue baking, uncovered, 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Sprinkle with parsley and paprika before serving.
