Leftover Pie
Leftover Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. leftover turkey, chicken or ham, diced, 2 stalks celery, diced, 1/2 onion, diced, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and 1 can cream of chicken soup or 1 c. leftover gravy, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
In large skillet, put vegetable oil, celery and onion.
Saute until crisp-tender.
Add diced meat, heat and stir.
Add veggies and optional stuffing or potato.
Stir in cream of chicken soup or the gravy.
Heat through, stirring often.
Turn into a pie plate. Place pie crust on top.
Flute the edges.
Put a few small slits on top of crust to vent.
Bake at 375Β° for 35 minutes.
