Lefse
Lefse is an easy dinner. Made with 12 medium potatoes, riced, 1/2 stick butter, 1 1/2 c. flour and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix all ingredients except flour when hot.
Let cool well, then add flour.
Chill before rolling.
Roll out a heaping tablespoonful of dough about the size of an egg on a well floured surface to a 6-inch circle.
Roll out thin.
Use a cast-iron frypan.
Bake on both sides at medium-high heat.
Bake until lightly brown on both sides.
Serve with butter.
