Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1/2 c. onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped green pepper and 1 pkg. frozen peas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Put chopped lettuce in large bowl.
Add a layer of all peas. Combine onion, celery and green pepper and let that be your next layer.
Spread on mayonnaise and sprinkle with sugar.
Add a layer of cheese and put crumbled bacon on top.
Cover and let refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
Toss just before serving.
