Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large head lettuce, 1 c. cooked peas (canned or frozen), 1 pt. mayonnaise, 8 oz. shredded cheese and 1/2 c. diced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cook bacon crisp (less than 1 pound can be used, if desired); drain and crumble.
Whip mayonnaise with sugar.
Shred lettuce; layer in large dish with celery, onion, peas, cheese, bacon and mayonnaise.
