Layered Salad
Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped, salt to taste, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed and rinsed and 1 pkg. dry italian dressing, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Shred lettuce and place in bottom of 9 x 12-inch dish.
Cover with eggs.
Add salt, pepper and peas.
Sprinkle with Italian dressing.
Add bacon and cheese.
Cover completely with salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Keep in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
