Layered Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce torn in bite size pieces, 1 c. chopped celery, 4 hard-cooked eggs, 10 oz. box frozen peas and 1/2 c. pepper (chopped), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Layer ingredients starting with lettuce on bottom in a long pan.
Mix mayonnaise and sugar and spread on top.
Cover with foil and let stand 10 to 12 hours.
