Layered Lettuce Salad
Layered Lettuce Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce, 1 c. celery, diced, 4 eggs, hard-cooked and sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, uncooked and 1/2 c. green pepper, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Tear clean lettuce into small bite-size pieces into large casserole dish, 9 x 13-inch.
Layer the rest of the ingredients in order given.
In small bowl, add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over the top of salad as you would frost a cake.
Top with cheese. Cover and refrigerate 8 to 12 hours.
