Layered Lettuce Salad
Layered Lettuce Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 head lettuce or spinach or can use both, 1 c. celery, diced, 4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced, 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (uncooked) and 1 medium sweet onion, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Tear lettuce into small bite-sized pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
Layer rest of ingredients in order given. Add sugar to mayonnaise and spread over top as you would frosting. Top with grated cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours. At serving time, garnish with bacon.
