Lattice Top Chicken Bake
Lattice Top Chicken Bake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, 3/4 c. milk, 1/4 tsp. salt, 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken and 1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and well drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
Spread mixture into greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Bake uncovered at 375° for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form a soft dough.
Spoon in lattice design over hot chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions and bake 3 to 5 minutes longer until cheese melts and onions are lightly browned.
