Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 8 oz. ground pork, 1/4 c. diced onion, 1 tbsp. garlic and 1 can crushed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook ground beef, ground pork, onion and garlic in a large saucepan until meat is brown and onion tender.
Drain off all fat. Add tomatoes.
Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
Heat until boiling.
Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until mixture is consistency of spaghetti sauce.
Heat oven to 350Β°.
Mix cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and oregano.
