Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. water and 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Brown meat slowly, add garlic, parsley flakes, basil, salt, tomatoes, water and tomato paste to drained meat.
Simmer, uncovered, until thick, 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Cook noodles until tender and drain.
Rinse with cold water.
Combine cottage cheese with eggs, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
Place layer of noodles on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
Spread some cheese mix over noodles, then layer of meat, then some Mozzarella cheese.
Repeat layers until used up.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
