Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, 2 to 3 lb. hamburger meat, 1 small onion, 1 tsp. garlic powder and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook noodles until done; drain and let cool.
Cook hamburger and onion until done.
Add garlic, sweet basil, pepper, salt, tomato sauce and tomato paste; simmer for 15 minutes.
Beat eggs and add to cottage cheese.
Stir well.
Start with meat sauce (about 3/4 cup).
Lightly cover bottom of pan, then layer with noodles and cottage cheese mixture.
Add Mozzarella cheese.
Do this until pan is full.
Cover to the top with meat sauce; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350Β°.
