Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 tsp. minced garlic (1 clove), 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, 1 tbsp. dried basil leaves and 1 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a large saucepan, brown ground beef; drain.
Add garlic, parsley, basil, salt, tomatoes and tomato paste.
Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Combine cottage cheese, eggs, pepper, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread a thin layer of the tomato sauce in the bottom of pan. Place a layer of noodles in dish; spread 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
Layer with 1/2 the Mozzarella; top with 1/2 the sauce mixture.
Repeat process, topping with noodles and covering with sauce.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
Freezes (before baking) well.
