Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hamburg/sausage, 1 onion, chopped, 1 (48 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce, 1 c. water and 1 lb. mozzarella cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook meat and onion.
Add sauce and water; boil for 5 minutes. Cut 12 thin slices of Mozzarella and set aside for topping. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper.
Spread a little sauce on bottom of baking dish (13 x 9-inch) and arrange a layer of noodles.
Layer cottage cheese mixture, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese until noodles are used up or baking dish is full. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 40 minutes
