Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck, 1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, 1/4 c. olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 1 onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Brown meat lightly in olive oil with garlic and onion; add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil and simmer covered 2 to 3 hours.
Cook noodles in salted boiling water until tender.
Drain noodles just before making.
In a shallow baking dish, put a layer of noodles and a layer of meat mixture and layer of each kind of cheese.
Repeat layers and top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 minutes.
