Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1/4 c. olive oil, 1 c. chopped onion, 2 garlic cloves, minced and 1 (no. 2 1/2) can tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Brown meat in olive oil. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is transparent. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, pepper and bay leaf.
Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in olives.
Spread 1/4 of sauce in baking dish. Cover with layer of cooked lasagna, arranging strips lengthwise in baking dish. Add layer of Mozzarella cheese, then a layer of Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with sliced ripe olives. Continue layering. Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
