Lasagna
Lasagna is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 42 minutes. Made with ragu tomato and herb sauce, small can tomato paste, . oregano, salt and pepper to taste and . ground round, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Start with Ragu.
Add tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper. Let simmer for about 20 minutes.
Brown ground round in skillet until done.
Drain very well.
I use a paper towel to pat meat to absorb all the fat.
Add to sauce.
Cook lasagna noodles as directed and drain.
In a 13 x 9-inch pan alternate noodles, meat mixture and Mozzarella cheese.
Continue until you have used all mixture, finish on top with your Mozzarella cheese.
Bake, covered, for about 35 minutes.
There are 8 to 6 grams of fat per serving. Serve with a garden salad and Italian bread sticks.
