Lasagna
Lasagna is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 2 tbsp. garlic, chopped, 1 c. onions, chopped, 1 tsp. parsley and 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Brown ground beef and drain.
Saute garlic, onions, parsley and bell pepper in butter.
Put ground beef and sauteed mixture into saucepan with tomatoes and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
On side, mix cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
In an ungreased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, layer prepared lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Mozzarella cheese.
Top with Ricotta and Parmesan cheese.
Cook until cheese is browned and lasagna bubbles.
